If you do not have Internet try these simple fixes first:
- Shutdown your computer and start it back up.
- Pull the power from your wireless router, wait 10 seconds and after the router boots back up, try again.
- try another device to see if it could be your wireless router having an issue.
- Never push the reset button on your router, this will only reset the router to factory default settings. Call support before attempting a reset.
- Some routers have a button that shuts off the wireless radio on the router. We have seen customer's accidentally hit the button when power cycling or moving their router.
